Miley Cyrus' exclusive Wal-Mart EP 'The Time of Our Lives' debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200. The seven song collection's release day was moved up up three days to August 28 and it entered the chart with 62,000. It's the eighth top 10 album for Miley, including her Hannah Montana albums.
